A website and an app that connects women and families to trusted, evidence-informed healthy pregnancy, birth and early parenting information for Ontario.  Developed by the Better Outcomes Registry and Network (BORN), a program of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), with the support of eHealth Ontario, using input from over 700 women who recently received maternity care as well as several hundred health care providers representing obstetrics and family medicine, midwifery, paediatrics, nursing, social work, and prenatal education.


Rouge National Urban Park

This app isn’t related to pregnancy, but this huge park is right around the corner from our clinic, and is a great place to take a walk and relax in nature. This comprehensive app will help you navigate and enjoy your time in Canada’s first ever national urban park.

An app developed by The Scarborough Hospital and Centennial College, this tool can track each breastfeeding interaction, pumping session and dirty diaper. It also provides up-to-date evidence-based information about Mom and Baby health care.
